Healthy Wealthy and Wise Corporation was founded in 2000 by Derrick Sweet, a former Vice President at BMO Nesbitt Burns who left the corporate world early—not to retire, but to realign success with significance.

Built on the belief that financial intelligence and personal growth go hand in hand, Healthy Wealthy and Wise (HWW) empowers individuals to take ownership of their wealth, well-being, and life direction. Our mission is to support conscious, self-directed growth—grounded in wisdom, guided by purpose.

In 2006, HWW launched the Certified Coaches Federation (CCF), which quickly became a North American leader in coach certification. For nearly two decades, it helped thousands step into purposeful work as certified coaches. In 2023, CCF became part of Certified Flourishing Coach™, continuing its legacy through new programs and expanded global reach.
